During new launches, sale periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery journey.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your LUMES pieces.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

✓ Items must be unused and in original condition
✓ Products must be returned in original packaging
✓ Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumes.com.au with your order number and photos of the item.

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
